Viewing Held Orders

To search for Orders that are on Hold.

Navigate to BoB2 → Orders→ Order List

Once the Product List has been displayed, change the “Order Status” dropdown in the search header to be “On Hold” and then press the “Search” button.

If an Order is held for any reason you can check it on the Edit Order screen. Then go to the “On Hold Information” tab and within it you will see a held reason. You can view that and act accordingly by using the “Hold” or “Pass Unhold” buttons.

If you choose to “Pass Unhold” the order, once pressed make sure you also press the “Save” button in the top-right corner.

Once saved please navigate back to the “Schedule Task” are by searching for it in the search box in the top left. The run the “Order Validation”, “Order Allocation” and the “Payment Task”. The orders issue should now be resolved and should appear in the Picking List.
