Navigate to BoB2 → Customers→ Bob Customer Price Lists
This will display the Price List view screen.
Creating a Price List
In order to create a new Price List press the “Create New” button in the top-right corner. If you want to Edit/View a Price List then press the “Edit” button against the Price List row. You will now be displayed with the Price List Create screen where you can edit the core details such as Pricelist Name, Customer Role, Currency, Store, Start Date and End Date. Once defined, press the “Save” button.
This will create the Price List and will show some more buttons and a grid below the header.
On the Pricelist screen there are a number of processes you can perform via the buttons at the top…
- Duplicate – This will duplicate the Pricelist and all of its Product Prices.
- Add All Missing Products – This will add all the Products that are not within the Pricelist to the Pricelist (Warning, this will take a long time if there are no Products in the Pricelist. For a quicker technique if you are only changing a small-medium amount of Product prices, it would be better to Import an XLS with the required details. See Export guide.
- End Pricelist – This will quickly set the Start and End Date to yesterdays date to quickly end the Pricelist.
- Remove Pricelist – Will delete the Pricelist and all of the Prices.
- Save – Will Save the details of the Pricelist
- Clear All Products – Will remove all of the Products from the Pricelist
- Import – Will allow you to import an XLS document. Please view the Import Price List guide.
- Export – Will export the Price List and the Prices to an XLS format.
Adding Product Prices to the Price List
