Assigning a Customer a Price List

In order to ensure a Customer sees the Prices within the Price List you have defined you will need to assign the Customer to that Price List’s Customer Role.

Search for the Customer

Navigate to BoB2 → Customer → BoB Customers

From the Customer List screen you will be able to search for the Customer you want to assign a Price List. Once found, press the “Edit” button adjacent to the Customer row.

Edit the Customer Role

Within the Customers Edit screen, find the “Customer Role” data entry box. Click within the the data box and select the Customer Role that you have assigned to the Price List. If you haven’t already created a Customer Role, please do so by using this guide (https://ibridge.co.uk/help/knowledge-base/creating-a-customer-role/). Once you have made the change to the Customers Customer Role, press the “Save” button.

Check the Price List Customer Role

Ensure that the Customer Role set within the Price List Edit screen matches the Customer Role you have assigned to the Customer.

PLEASE NOTE! As long as the Price List has a Status = Active. The user will see the Price listed for the Products you have added to the Price List (As long as the Price is lower than the normal Product Price) You can set a Price List to be of Status = Active by changing the Start and End Date (Please see the user guide on “Creating a Price List” for more information).
