General data protection regulation is a legal framework that sets out the guidelines for the collection and processing of data information of individuals within the EU. The customer can request all their data to be removed from the site.

Customer goes to their account and requests this…

An email is sent to your [email protected] box.

 

The sales staff goes into the account to select GDPR > Permanent deletion


The sales staff will need to confirm and all is gone from our system

I would also FWD the email to marketing asking them to add it to their do not contact list.

 

Thats it.  All customer data is gone.
