Creating Multiple Listings against a Single Product

A) Creating a New Listing
Within Bob2 you are able to create multiple eBay Listings against a single Product. In order to do this you need to go to the “eBay Mapping” tab and simply click New Listing in the top right corner of the tab.
B) eBay Linked Listings Grid
After Pressing “New Listing”, the data for that listing will be displayed in the eBay Mapping tab and the a new Listing record will be added to the “eBay Linked Listings” grid as shown below…
Underneath the eBay Mapping Tab there is a tab for “eBay Linked Listings”. The table within this tab is made up of the eBay Listings that are related to the Bob Product.
- View in eBay – Displays the webpage for that listing within eBay
- Edit – Displays the details for that eBay Listing within the eBay Mapping tab above for the user to edit. The row for that listing will then be highlighted in orange.
- Delete – Removes the eBay Listing from eBay
- Orange Highlight – Indicates the eBay Listing that is being configured above this tab within the eBay Mapping tab.
C) Navigating Between Listings
The Listing that is currently within the eBay Mapping tab being edited is indicated on the eBay Linked Listings grid. It is highlighted in Orange and the row will not have an “Edit” button adjacent. To navigate to the other listings related to the Product you can simply press the “Edit” button next to any of the Listing lines on the table. When pressed the data for that listing will be displayed in the eBay Mapping tab above.
