Opayo
For the most part the Opayo Transactions will automatically Refund and no further action is required. There is a chance Opayo Transactions when Refunding can fail and fall into Referrals (there are many reasons for this such as a timeout on the Transaction etc).
Non-Opayo
If you are Refunding to a different Payment to Opayo such as Gift Card, Cash, PDQ, Cheque or On Account then the Refund Transaction will always fail and fall into Referrals where it will require manual intervention where you will be required to confirm the Refund manually. eBay Note: No Refunds to be made in eBay until they have been identified in Bob2 first. As if we dont then we could fulfill orders refunded that we arent aware. Therefore we need to add a note. Cancel order in bob2 and then go to ebay and refund.
Cancellations
After Cancelling an Order…
- No Payments – If there were no Payments taken against the Order then the Order will Cancel and we do not need to worry about Refund transactions (unless it is eBay, then you need to complete Refund in eBay platform).
- Payments – If there were Payments against the Order then it will create a Refund. Note that these will fall into Referrals. To deal with these then please follow the guide below…
