Similar to a “Convenience Bundle”, a “Discounted Bundle” Types Price will equal a sum of all of the components prices. The difference with this bundle is that you can define a Discount Percentage, that will reduce the overall Bundle Price by the defined amount. The “Track Value” entry box acts as the area to define this Discount amount. For example, if you would like to offer a 10% Discount on this Bundle then within this box you would enter “-10”.

- After entering the required details for the new Bundle Type Product created. Go to the ‘Bundle Information’ tab (at the bottom), this tab gives an overview of the bundles statistics related to its cost, price, components, margin, type and naming details.
- Set Bundle Type = Discounted and Percentage Discount = a Negative value for the Percentage you wish to deduct. E.g. -10 = 10% Reduction
Adding and Configuring Components
- Once Saved and the Bundle has been defined. Return to the Bundle Information tab and you can add components using the “Add New” button in the bottom left of the Bundle Information tab underneath the “Component Data” grid. Once pressed, this will display a Product Search screen for you to find the components you want to add. Once found, press the “Add New” button adjacent to the Product row.
- Once you return to the Bundle product, go to the Bundle Information tab again and here you can set the Build Qty for the Component added. Build Qty = (Amount of that specific Component that it requires in order to build the Bundle. E.g. Tyre Bundle would required Build Qty = 4 for both the Wheel and Tyre Components.
Saving the Bundle
- Press the “Save” button on the Bundle Information tab.
- After this has saved, go to the top of the overall Product and press the “Save” button in the top-right corner.
