How to run…
- Navigate to System → Scheduled Tasks
Can be ran as a task which will pick up all orders in status of new (On the scheduled task list you need to run BoB 2 Task – Order Loading Task and then BoB 2 Task – Order Validation Task tasks one after another) - Can be ran per Order from the Order Edit screen when Order is in New (On the Order screen Order Load and Validate are grouped into one)
Order Load
Checks include. No products, bad linking, payment errors/cancelling when missing details.
- On Success – Green message will be displayed with text “34343”
- On Failure – Red message will be displayed with text “34343”. Areas to check…
- System Error – Contact IT
Order Validation
Checks include. Address, Order Totals over threshold, Bad Products, Product specifics – heavy/long items, tagged words, eBay Shipping over 0, Customer Notes.
- On Success – Green message will be displayed with text “34343”
- On Failure – Red message will be displayed with text “34343”. Areas to check…
- OnHold – Check on hold tab or the Order Notes tab.
