How to run…
- Navigate to System → Scheduled Tasks
Can be ran as a task which will pick up all orders in status of Allocating using the task – BoB 2 Task – Order Allocation Task - Can be ran per Order from the Order Edit screen when Order is in Allocating via the “Allocate Order” button
Allocation Task
Checks include. Product rows, stock qtys. Can part ship to process part of the order.
- On Success – Green message will be displayed with text “34343”. Will allocate and move the Order to Payments.
- On Failure – Red message will be displayed with text “34343”. Areas to check…
- System Error – Contact IT
- Wont allocate – If no qtys will be put on Back Order.
