This is a Product where we define Attribute values that are associated to it. These &#8220;Attribute Values&#8221; can either be associated to real products are we can assign them to manually created products. Enter a Net Price and a Cost and define weights.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once entered, please press &#8220;Save and Continue Edit&#8221; and you will be presented with a full list of tabs and data to input for the Product. Please ensure you enter at least the following below&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Product Info tab&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Select Visible Individually, Short Description, Full Description, select Published (if you want the Product to be live, uncheck if not. Note: Remember to switch it on when you need to), select a Category, define a Store (Limited to stores &#8211; Bob2 + your store)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\">\n<li><strong>Price tab&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Select Tax Category (usually Standard), enter a Net Price<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping Tab&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Enter weights, dimensions, select Shipping Enabled<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Inventory Tab&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><em>Select Inventory Method (Track Inventory by Product Attributes), Display Availability, product Availability Range, Minimum Cart Qty (1), Maximum Cart Qty (more than 1 or more than Minimum Cart Qty), Back Orders (Allow Qty below 0 and Notify Customer), <label class=\"col-form-label\" for=\"AllowAddingOnlyExistingAttributeCombinations\">Allow only existing attribute combinations (=0) Note: This will ensure we do not use attribute combination data <strong>EXCEPT the SKU<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/label><\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>SEO Tab&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Search engine friendly page name (URL)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"fabric-editor-block-mark fabric-editor-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">\n<p><em><strong>PLEASE NOTE!<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nTo further amend a Cost Price, please see the \u201cProduct Costing\u201d guide here (https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/adjusting-cost\/)<\/p>\n<h2><em><strong>Adding Product Images<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Within the &#8220;Pictures&#8221; tab, for each image you want to add for the Product&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\">\n<li><em>upload a file (.png, .jpg)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>enter a title<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>press &#8220;Add Product Picture&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After adding the images you desire, press &#8220;Edit&#8221; next to each and you can define the &#8220;Display Order&#8221;, which dictates the position that the image will be ordered in on the website. E.g. 0 will be the first image the Customer will see when viewing the Product, 1 = the second image they see. Here you are able to define the Attribute (Left as &#8220;Required Option&#8221;), Text Prompt (Usually left as blank), Is Required (Set to unchecked), Control Type = drop-down list, and display order (Set to 0)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-844\" src=\"https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"753\" height=\"378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2.png 753w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2-300x151.png 300w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2-50x25.png 50w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2-60x30.png 60w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attinfo-2-100x50.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 753px) 100vw, 753px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\">\n<li>C) Adding a New Value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After pressing &#8220;Add a New Value&#8221;, a new window will display with entry fields where you define certain specifics.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-695\" src=\"https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"626\" height=\"680\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated.png 626w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated-276x300.png 276w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated-46x50.png 46w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated-55x60.png 55w, https:\/\/ibridge.co.uk\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/attassociated-92x100.png 92w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 626px) 100vw, 626px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Please ensure that <strong>Attribute Value Type = Associated to Product<\/strong> and select a Product to add as an attribute by pressing the &#8220;Associate to Product&#8221; button.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Product Qty is usually set as 1 initially and will be updated to match the associated Products Stock Qty.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Name the Attribute.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Set &#8220;Is pre-selected&#8221; if you want it to be instantly selected when the Customer arrives at the Product.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Add a display order and then assign an image.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then press &#8220;Save&#8221; which will close the popup and then press &#8220;Save and Continue Edit&#8221; followed by pressing Back to the Product Details. Or just press &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>This will return you to the Product Edit screen again and if you want to make further changes to the Attributes go to the &#8220;Product Attributes&#8221; tab, and then the &#8220;Attribute Combination&#8221; tab.
