From the dropdown menu under account we select “Import/Export Documents”…
Within here we can check for each Courier whether we want to generate a CN22/CN23 or/and a Commercial Invoice when we create a Shipping label for a Shipment. If you press the “Advanced Settings” option in the bottom left you will be able to define the Customs Documentation that is generated such as Auto-Fill data (if you want to enter the data manually), adding a Company logo, setting Currency etc.
