Cancelling a Shipment

In Order to cancel a Shipment, you will notice a “Cancel” button in red against each Shipment within the Shipments grid on the Packing screen.

Once “Cancel” has been pressed you will notice that the Status of the Shipment has changed to “Cancelled”. Please note that when cancelling a ShipTheory or ThinkWorldWide shipment you must also ensure it has been cancelled with them.
