How to run…
- Navigate to System → Scheduled Tasks
We need to run the following 2 tasks in order to ensure the Dropship Order is created and added to the Dropship list (Found BoB2 → Orders → Dropships)
- Run BoB 2 Task – InDropShip Task
- Run BoB 2 Task – DropShip Auto Process Task
In Dropship Task
Picks up invoice only dropship marked as inDropship.
- On Success – Green message will be displayed with text “34343”. Fetches Dropship Invoices and creates Dropship ticket.
- On Failure – Nothing happens.
Dropship Auto Process Task
Note: This will also fetch dropship tickets creating by Picking for mixed orders.
- On Success – Green message will be displayed with text “34343”. Will fetch the dropship tickets and build the Dropship transactions. These will then be visible on the dropship queue (Found BoB2 → Orders → Dropships)
- On Failure – Nothing happens
