We might need to re-link an eBay order for a few reasons…
- Error with the Order
- Bad Product link where we cant resolve the issue
When we want to relink an eBay Order
When we relink due to a bad product link. We can either to relink the Product from the Unlinked Products screen for eBay, where we create a Product and try to link or we can create an entirely new order with the Product the Customer orders on the admin and then link the Order to the extended order ID (We must remember to cancel the original eBay Order with the bad Product link)
